Roll-out Process
To make the roll-out process of our service a seamless integration, we offer a “Waste Removal Addendum” and we do all of the legwork in contacting the residents of your community. Or, if you prefer to contact the residents we will provide your facility with our Addendum to be signed at the time of rental payment. 30-60 day process… Generally we are successful in rolling out our services over a 30-60 period for properties with existing waste-valet services. To ensure an efficient and timely roll out, a Trash Butlers representative will be assigned to each property and will be a single point of
contact.
How it works
Our process is a simple 3 step
process…
- Resident enrolls for the service with the community or direct to Trash Butlers. The property chooses 3 or 5 day pick-up.
- Resident pays for the service and a Trash Butlers representative will deliver the container and recycle bags (no charge) with detailed instructions of how the service works. (generally rolled out by building #’s)
- Trash Butlers arrives on site 5 days a week to collect waste.
That’s it!!!
